This is a must visit ice cream shop in Leeds. Every kind of ice cream is delicious. Creamy ice cream, Tasty sorbet. I like the lemon sorbet that gives you a freshly sour taste. Price are valuable. But always have to wait in a long queue 😅
Where to start with this place? The service was exceptional! The lovely women who served me, Jovie and Hazel (if I caught their names correctly), were absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming, and just all-around delightful. Their customer service was impeccable. And the ice cream… wow. I had the Nutella flavour, and it was incredible, delicious, and it looked as good as it tasted. I’d recommend it to the moon and back. If you’re looking for a sweet treat in Leeds city centre, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
One of the most authentic and tasty ice creams I have tried . Bit pricier but deserves every penny. Excellent hospitality and professional team . By the way: they do your ice cream in a pleasant flower configuration , something I have never seen before . They also serve other itema as coffee and they have own seating area
Whilst the gelato was lovely the staff were telling us that all the flavours were gluten free but because the scoops had all touched the cones none of them were guaranteed to be free from traces of gluten. This was also the case for the one specific flavour of gelato that was actually labelled as gluten free. Poor management really. Unfortunately my son and I had ordered first and started ours before my friend who needed gluten free gelato in a tub found this information out and ended up with nothing. If she had ordered first and found out we'd have all gone elsewhere.
My first time having this gelato. We bought three regular cones. My daughter has a nut allergy, so she went for the mint and vanilla. The server Tom cleaned the whole area up and spoons etc to prevent cross contamination before making my daughter's cone. Thank you so much, I really appreciated it. Will definitely be back to try the hot chocolate and waffles. Excellent customer service
