Braun Melsungen AG</p> <p>Job description:</p> <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p>At Sterilog Pudsey, our decontamination facility plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by ensuring that surgical and medical equipment are delivered to hospitals in a clean and surgically safe condition.</p> <p>We are recruiting a Production Manager to join our B. Braun Sterilog team in Pudsey. This is a key leadership position within a regulated organisation, where you will play an integral role in driving operational performance, supporting organisational change, and contributing to service improvement.</p> <p>As a people manager, you’ll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development-focused culture across the site. Check out our Leadership Standard here to find out more. </p> <p>As part of the leadership team, you will have overall responsibility for providing direction, commitment and support&nbsp;to&nbsp;a growing team of more than 70 Production employees across an operation covering 14:00-22:00</p> <p><strong>Working hours: </strong>37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (including participation in an on-call rota)</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> &nbsp;B.
