Property Manager & Negotiator
<p>An established and growing property investment and management business is seeking a full-time Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join its team.</p> <p>This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week (9:30am – 5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break), including at least two weekend days per month.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of lettings and property management duties, including:</p> <ul> <li>Travel and visiting properties in areas such as; <strong>Bradford, Leeds, Rochdale, Manchester, Pudsey, Liverpool, Lancaster, Wigan and Chorley</strong></li><li>You will be required to work from the office in Rochdale for the first 2 weeks before working from home there on.</li><li>Conducting property viewings</li><li>Preparing snagging lists and reporting maintenance requirements</li><li>Completing inventories and check-out reports</li><li>Managing move-in and move-out appointments</li><li>Liaising with and instructing contractors</li><li>Supporting the ongoing management of a residential property portfolio</li></ul> <p>Initially, the role will be office-based. Once fully established in the position, there will be the opportunity for hybrid or home working, with some office attendance required as needed.</p> <p>The business is continuing to expand its portfolio, offering genuine progression opportunities for the right individual.</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 2 years’ experience in lettings and/or property management</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent customer service ability</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Confidence, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills</li><li>The ability to work independently and manage their own workload</li><li>A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as the role involves regular travel between properties.
