BMS Service Engineer
<p><strong><em><u>BEMS Project / Service Engineer</u></em></strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Field Based | Local Travel | Excellent Salary + Car + Bonus</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p>My Client is growing and they're looking for a <strong>skilled BEMS Engineer</strong> who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and delivering high-quality building controls support.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>If you’ve worked with <strong>Trend IQVision</strong>, <strong>Tridium Niagara</strong>, <strong>EcoStruxure Building Operation</strong>, or similar BEMS platforms, this could be the perfect next step.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong><em><u>The Role</u></em></strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p>You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining BEMS systems across a portfolio of customer sites.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Typical work includes:</p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>BEMS <strong>support, fault finding and commissioning</strong></li><li>Working with customers to <strong>diagnose and resolve system issues</strong></li><li>Identifying <strong>energy savings and system improvements</strong></li><li>Producing <strong>clear service reports</strong></li><li>Supporting upgrades, repairs and optimisation projects</li><li>Participating in the <strong>team call-out rota</strong></li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>You’ll have the autonomy to <strong>manage your own sites and build strong customer relationships</strong>.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong><em><u>The Candidate</u></em></strong></p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with <strong>BEMS / Building Controls</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Trend, Tridium, EcoStruxure or similar systems</strong></li><li>Experience in a <strong>field service or customer-facing engineering role</strong></li><li>Strong <strong>fault-finding and problem-solving skills</strong></li><li>Ability to <strong>work independently</strong></li><li>Full <strong>UK driving licence</strong></li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong><em><u>The Attraction</u></em></strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Excellent salary + annual bonus</strong></p> <p><strong>Company car or allowance</strong></p> <p><strong>Travel kept local – usually within 1.5 hours of home</strong></p> <p><strong>Private healthcare for you and your family</strong></p> <p><strong>Real investment in training</strong> including full <strong>BCIA</strong> courses</p> <p><strong>Long-term career stability</strong> with high staff retention</p> <p><strong>Supportive engineering team – no being left on your own</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>
