Qasim was fantastic today. Natwest systems were down. He didn't send me home. He sat with me and helped me, guided me to open a new account. An A star staff member for working so hard in difficult times.

I visited the Leeds park row branch with my family on Saturday to open an account and was assisted by Dawn whose effort and professionalism made a huge difference to a crazy Saturday morning with active 2 kids. Thank you Dawn for your patience and excellent service. The follow up call was truly appreciated.
