East Park Post Office

I had another disappointing experience at this post office recently. Despite being the next customer, the staff member prioritized sealing half-empty bags. After finally taking my parcel, she casually mentioned my parcel would be collected on Monday as she just sealed the collection bags. The service and lack of customer focus were embarrassing. Unfortunately is not the first incident related to the staff rudeness and lack of customer service. Also, I found this post office closed 10-20 minutes before it should have on multiple occasions.

this post office can get relatively busy the ladies behind the counter are always nice and relatively polite sometimes they do ignore you to wrap packages etc but that is also there job they are a post office and help keep the post of the United Kingdom flowing, never had a problem with these nice ladies although the area is a bit frisky

10/10 when the lady called Gayle is serving but 2/10 when anyone else is covering for her. She is fantastic at her job. She is welcoming, kind, patient and all the positive things but quite frankly there is another woman works in there. An Asian lady around 50-60 years old and she is straight up arrogant and very often rude and makes you feel rushed which is not good for a disabled person.

Staff was very unhelpful and made the experience awful. Asked to go to different post office just because she didn't want to add the application number in the system and told me if I have barcode then she can help only, when not all services require the barcodes. Wish could give 0 star. Just awful staff member.

My local post office. Have had nothing but wonderful service from a very polite and courteous lady staffing it throughout the numerous occasions I've had to make use of it. The area surrounding it is rather grotty and generally covered in litter, however, so it tends to be bit uncomfortable to come past this way, but otherwise can't complain.
