Never had such a disgusting and rubbish customer service ever, very very rude staff to say the least, 2 guys on the counter are always so rude don't know why they there if they don't like their jobs go do something else then, don't know basic customer service they need to be taught how to speak to customers, had to edit it because clearly u don't get the point, Even if u can't do something theres a way of saying it no need to start barking at customers learn some customer service skills or I can teach you will charge u a fee, Anyway about the change got it from another post office without the validations no one is even bothered to ask that many questions just for a 100 pounds change unlike u

Complaint about Poor Service I am an authorized agent for MoneyGram, Western Union, and Ria. My shop is located very close to this post office. Unfortunately, their service has consistently been extremely poor. In the past, I submitted my children’s passports here, but due to the staff’s negligence or possibly the misuse of original documents they misplaced them. Today, I waited in a long queue to deposit MoneyGram and Western Union transactions, but when it was finally my turn, the staff told me to step back and refused to help. One of their counters is always closed, which causes unnecessary delays for customers. I strongly request Royal Mail to review this branch’s management and not allow such rude and unprofessional individuals to represent the company. These people give Royal Mail a bad reputation. Please don’t waste your time or ruin your day by visiting this post office.

Please release the gentleman at your counter from his contract. His rude demeanor and profound sighs suggest he is being held against his will. For the sake of his freedom and his true calling, be it professional napping or mime, please let him go.

Very bad service Very bad people rude people work there I went for the first time the lady was ignoring me when my turn came serviced me so badly wrong service I asked I need the correct one started to yell and the the man started to take her side he had nothing to do with the situation he involved him in the lady called me a liar I said you can't say that she changed I didn't say that and the man worker supported her oh she didn't said anything both was supper rude. The lady was so nice to the men's I won't go to this post office in future I would not RECOMMEND it to anyone Very disrespectful.

Very poor and unfriendly service The staff kept stopping midway to serve other customer and didn’t even hand me the e receipt. I had to wait for it.
