Rookwood Post Office

They thank your parcel from Amazon after 5:30 but post office closed so you can get the parcel even though it’s behind him will never go back in there

Newly done out and much bigger and better due to taking over the shop next door, lovely couple who work there.

Shop went downhill in the last year when the New owners took over, was leaving parcels on the drop and go service. However, when I checked my receipts they charged me for a small item like a vest top which should’ve been around £2.80 at the time, They charged me £4.45 for a parcel when I queried this. He told me that the manager would get in touch and they never did. I had to take it up with the post office, I also found they did this 17 times in the space of three months! Absolutely, cannot be trusted at all, Also, something else that I found strange was the man used to quiz me about what I was selling, and what my eBay shop was called, telling me his wife may be interested in my stuff strangely enough I had a good few items go missing, 😡😡

shocking service! old owners was mint! new owner is rude, obnoxious, her staff have minimal training, parcels take days to leave the post office, and the new owner now claims royal mail no longer post new unused motorcycle parts........ many years we have used that post office as a company who rely on royal mail to deliver there products! do yourself a favor and go to the one in the city center or cross gates! both offer a fantastic service & have friendly clued up staff who know what they are doing!

I thought it closes at 17:30 as it says on the website but no, by 16:30 it’s already close.
