I’ve been going to Cutting Room for a billion years and can’t recommend it highly enough. Matt is a pure genius and always makes me feel amazing. I always walk out feeling like a million dollars as well as recharged by the laughs and conversation. The receptionists are superb too and make me feel like one of the family. True customer service at its best xx
Within 30 minutes of leaving the salon I went into two different places where I was complimented on my hair by complete strangers. I have never experienced that before. Absolutely buzzing.Thankyou Charlie for a great cut 😀😀😀
Disappointing experience. The lady with the curly hair at the front desk staff was rude and patronizing, making me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable when I wanted to double check the total cost. Despite booking a colour consultation for a change, whilst appearing to try and as accommodate, they seemed reluctant to work with me to achieve the look I wanted, and instead encouraged me to stick with my current colour. I frequently felt I had to apologize for the condition of my hair as they tried to work out the "huge job" that this would be. In the end with the cost of the hair change nearing 300 pounds I decided to leave it. I left feeling angry, sad, and embarrassed. I had gone in feeling very excited about this new venture and left feeling ashamed. I understand my hair colour is currently patchy after being done at home, but I was left to feel like I was asking for the moon the stars and all their friends! Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this salon to others.
Had a children's cut my partner said my son moved, so it went up higher, but the whole hair cut is terrible there's no blending at all, he has block steps all around his head, it's just awful he looks like William the conquerer. I could cry we only booked here due to going away to see family and couldnt get in his normal place. We will be returning to his normal hair dresses next time. Not suitable for kids.
