Amazing salon with the best team. Been going to RMUK for many years now and recommend to anyone. I take my mum and daughters there too and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Tim and Michelle are fabulous and know we are in safe hands with them and Massi is amazing with his colour work. The salon is lovely and very disability friendly. Always get offered a hot drink and a head massage too. 10/10

I have been a client with RMUK for over thirty years. Previously reviewed several years ago but I still give five stars. I have never had a problem with haircuts or colours. I’ve previously had a straightening treatment too and was very impressed with the result. Over the years I’ve had long styles, mid length and short styles but have never felt uneasy about making a change because my stylist is brilliant at haircuts and she offers good styling advice. I also have a sensitive scalp and my stylist is aware of this and uses the relevant products. You will always be made to feel welcome, a very relaxed atmosphere.

On the 12th February I got my hair coloured red at this salon. Beautiful experience. 1st March, I got a haircut that took my hair from shoulder length to heavily layered at my scalp. I’m thankful I have wigs. A few months later I was ready for a new hair colour, not ready for a haircut and my appointment was cancelled on the same day because I had to have my haircut even though all I wanted was colour. I asked for my money back and grateful that I got it. My hair is still growing out now, and I still use wigs every day because of the length being heavily layered and short because I can’t hide it, or cut it to make it even because it’s still heavily layered. Recently I’ve sent an email on the 19th July asking for extensions, have been asking for updates if I know if I am able to get them or at the very least discounted for what I am going through and haven’t had any response. 😭 I just want to be able to have my real hair out again but I have to wait. I am growing my hair out from this picture attached.

Got my hair cut by Bethany and I'm obsessed! She’s super kind, took the time to explain each step, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. The cut is exactly what I wanted, and the styling? Chef’s kiss. 🥰
