Not overly impressed. The plans were not very good n hard to work out what was what. And then the doors/drawers don't even have the holes marked for drilling out(pilot holes) the handles which is shocking and time consuming. Having to measure out every single hole yourself to drill out only leaves a bigger chance of a costly mistake. Looked nice when done but it took a lot of messing around to get to that point.

Great showroom for quality kitchens. The displays show off a good range of styles in a nice environment. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly with none of the sales pressure often associated with these sort of places. Overall impressed.

Decent showroom. Was in there for over half an hour, no member of staff came over to ask if I needed any help. They must have too many customers. Ended up buying a kitchen from elsewhere. Managed to get a few good ideas for my kitchen though, shame they lost a customer.

Terrible experience, ended up getting our kitchen elsewhere. Went on a Friday, not a single customer in there and 3 or 4 staff stood/sat around chatting, had a look round and saw some nice stuff to be fair. Then a staff member came over and asked what we were wanting, we said we had our measurements and just needed help deciding what to get, she then told us to book an appointment online and sent us on our way with a brochure, not ideal! However we did end up booking a design appointment online for the next day, gave the guy all measurements and our choice of kitchen etc, but about 15 minutes after him talking he said he had to draw up the design and quote for us, so he could call us back in half an hour and also email the quote, but that it's also be good to get us into the showroom the next week to see things in person. He the ended the call, never called us back, never sent the design or quote, and in fact never followed up at all! Strongly felt as if the guy just assumed we couldn't afford it or wouldn't be worth the effort going through everything? Overall a terrible and weird experience despite us being there ready to buy a kitchen. Not impressed at all. Anecdotally similar to other people's experiences when we've mentioned this as well. Thankfully Wrens booked us in immediately after we walked out of magnet and did a full design and quote there and then, and had the kitchen ordered within the week.

A absolute pleasure to to have purchased our new kitchen from Magnet. From viewing in the showroom to buying through to full installation. Thank you to Nael (sales and designer). Thank you to Andy and his son for such a fantastic installation. We are very very impressed with our new kitchen, it has transformed our home.
