We had an exceptional experience with Newtons for our 200 mile move! Carl came out to assess the job and gave a great first impression. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and sized up the work perfectly. Claire then sent over a competitive quote and was really flexible when we had some complications with our exchange. On the day Carl and his 3 colleagues were brilliant. They arrived a little early to park the vans, set up, and lay out floor protection, so they were ready to start right on schedule. They loaded everything carefully into two vans, finishing before midday. Because it was a long distance move we agreed they would store our belongings overnight. They set off at 6am the next morning and arrived at our new home around 11am. They unloaded quickly, checked where things should go, and rebuilt our beds and wardrobes, which was a massive help. The whole team were professional, friendly, and hardworking. Communication was great, everything was handled with care, and the price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Newtons to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Absolute life savers! If I hadn’t gone with Newton Removals, I would’ve been in a world of trouble. Neil was fantastic from start to finish — friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond. All the lads were great and got everything packed super quickly. When our wardrobes turned out to be too big for the van, Neil offered to come back for a second trip at no extra stress to us. The second visit became a bigger nightmare as the wardrobes wouldn’t fit out the room due to them being pretty much floor to ceiling. Neil advised due to the fact that they were no longer just taking out full wardrobes the sheer time to disassemble the wardrobes would just cost me too much money, he was kind enough to offer another trip the following day if we could manage to disassemble the wardrobe. The following day after much labour we managed to disassemble the full wardrobes and as promised Neil was there at 6:30pm to pick it all up and drop to our new home. Neil and the lads literally finished a full days shift and took time out to come back to take all the wardrobe to my new house. Honestly I do not think many removals companies out there would have gone out their way the way Neil did. I can’t thank him enough. We managed to get everything we wanted from the old house to the new which I don���t think would have been possible without Newtons Removals. Thanks again, very highly recommended!

We used Newtons for our house move which ended up being just before Christmas (although it was planned for September!) Claire and Neil were fantastic throughout, adapting our quote & then being so flexible with our move date and moving us over 2 days so we didn’t loose our purchase. The lads were polite, careful and friendly, couldn’t fault them at all - would not hesitate to recommend this family business!

I have recently used this company for a house move of around 70 miles. From the start to the end they have been the embodiment of professionalism. The person who came to quote arrived on time, assessed thoroughly, explained the process involved and gave a competitive rate. Contact with the office in-between was always polite, reassuring and informative The day off the move itself was incredible. Turned up exactly on time, introduced the whole team and then got started. I can honestly say I have never seen people working so hard without stopping. Soft furniture was all bagged for protection. All items were carefully moved out. Very efficient working methods. Moving in was the same. The team all asked where items were to be located if it wasn't marked up and they handled bulky items up the stairs with such skill. It was impressive to see. Newtons made our house move as stress free as possible and I cannot thank them enough. They have 5-star reviews for a reason - a truly fantastic service provider.
