T.M West Plumbing & Heating

I have known TM West for over 30 years and in 2024 they fitted a new Shower Cubicle in my ensuite. The Job done was fantastic and even after a year, the shower and drainage are perferct , and the Shower cubicle is immaculate.

We had our gas fire serviced and a new radiator installed in to a bedroom by Neil Kirby. Neil arrived on time, with clear instructions what to do, and carried out the planned work with minimal disruption. He was always polite and courteous and left no mess. I would strongly recommend using TM West

I called TM West, as I had used them before this occasion and had been happy with their work. I had a leak from my lavatory cistern this time. I called the office and the lady on the other end of the call was very polite and explained that the plumber had a big job that morning but that he would be with me in the afternoon. Richard arrived and was a joy! He obviously enjoys his work and has a very positive attitude and most importantly he fixed the problem quickly, cleaning up after himself before he left. I have NO hesitation in recommending TM West and Richard in particular

Had T M West to take out electric shower and put in bar shower and new wall board and shower screen. I can honestly say they were fantastic , they came, got on with the job quickly and cleaned everything up and it was perfection. Thank you to Neil and his apprentice for carrying the work out. Everything was explained clearly, done professionally, and at a fair price.
