Great service, booked on the app taxi arrived within 5 mins as stated. Carl the driver is so pleasant, we've had him a few times always has a good chat. Cheers guys!!!

Missed our train because drivers kept accepting the job and then cancelling it a few minutes later. How is this allowed?? Rang control and explained the drivers kept cancelling, he said he would assign a new driver; he did as he promised but then that driver cancelled too and the cycle started again. We wanted to get to the station early to have something to eat, so booked the taxi ONE HOUR before we were meant to get there and we still missed our train. If you want to get somewhere in a reasonable time, use Uber.

Customer service provided to Drivers at Armley Veezu Hub is not good. Olivia and woman with glasses (as I don't know here name) provides awful service to Asians. Jose is really helpful and good and he deserves 5 stars. Wouldn't recommend this taxi base to Drivers. Olivia and co needs to remember that their wages are paid by Drivers commission. If we stop working for this base and go to another base, it will affect Veezu income and their wages paid to their staff.
