Thank you so much for your fantastic help and care. While my friend and I needed a taxi. Your. Fabulous driver ,on time got us in to Leeds city at rush hour.Got us there in time making sure we didn't have to cross the very busy road.He was excellent and I will be using your company again

All drivers are great, always helpful and polite. I have only given 4 stars due to the amount of times I have pre booked a taxi in busy times, and the taxi almost always doesn’t turn up and searches for a taxi for so long, I end up cancelling. Other than that I never have any issues.

Today I had a really lovely driver, an elderly lady was taking time getting out of the taxi so the driver told me to get in the taxi because it was too cold to stand and wait, I am also disabled. He was very friendly, helped me out of the taxi and carried my shopping to my door. Excellent service. Thank you.

We have used veezu Leeds on several occasions all of them very early in the morning to go to airport and Leeds train station. Booking in advance option doesn’t work as they send you the taxi available at that time. So not useful to arrive on time to anywhere arrival time is critical. Booking on the day with spare time, taxi took our booking and never turned up at the house. This has happened on occasions, they didn’t send a replacement taxi today and on another 3 the occasions they decided they cant find the house, because they ignored the directions given, “turned left in the kfc and keep driving trough the narrow street, we are outside ( we called it narrow , but the rubbish track it is able to go trough, the taxi driver wasnt able to do it, that show how professional are veezu drivers) We won’t use them again, we just take the car because they are complete useless and add extra stress to our journey.

I've been using these taxis for a long time now. I always have a friendly driver. Always on time & very reasonable prices. Keep up the good work...
