I've been to many chiropractors in Leeds. I might have been to them all? Go here. Choose this one. Super nice guy Zain will sit you down (if you can sit), explain some things, some prices, show you his big scary BDSM bed that frightens you (and that it costs more than his fair hands). You'll be well informed, then he'll start the process. More about the prices later. Appointment 1. Behind my back Zain did some prodding and poking. Then climbed to the top turn buckle and jumped directly on my back driving his elbow into my lower back for an adjustment a la Macho Man Randy Savage. Of course there's a little artistic licence there, but I walked out of his office as if it was the truth. I hobbled. He apologised and explained, I understood. Appointment 2. Same story. Only this time I didn't hobble out. I wasn't having fun. I can't recommend going here for a nice time. But I kinda walked out. Zain never managed to adjust me. But he still fixed me. Well, he fixed me well over 90% and the rest is down to daily exercises. I expected a click, a crack, something... It never happened, but I couldn't care less. I maybe had 3 appointments the first week, 2 the next, 1 the following, then missed a week. Then a final one after about a month. Something like that anyway. So it starts off fairly expensive. I think the initial consultation might be £60 and the appointments £50. It was hard to hand the money over because I felt I might be throwing it away like I had so many other places before. I have no idea how much I've spent, but I didn't spend as much as my back is worth. Go here. I can't vouch for the BDSM bed mine, good luck to you if you give that a go!

I cannot recommend Mr Zain enough. I came in after falling down the stairs with neck pain, muscle spasms and limited movement — and I was genuinely scared I wouldn’t be able to dance in my upcoming show. After just one session I felt lighter, calmer, and my neck finally started to move again. After 3 sessions I felt almost exactly like before the injury. The atmosphere is warm, and Mr Zain really listens, explains everything clearly, and only works within what you’re comfortable with. I’m truly grateful.

Cannot recommend Zain and his clinic enough. He explained my issue and root of the problem, and listen when I explained where the issue was each session. And extremely accommodating to my schedule.

I can only give my highest appreciation for the treatment/service received from this clinic owned by Zain who is the most professional osteopath and friendly person who makes you feel at ease while he conducts your treatment .....I presented with chronic back pain😖 which after my 1st appointment it improved...but after each appointment things greatly improved.....now hope I don't need his service in the short/mid term but would return in a flash if required 🙏🏾👍🏾💯

Overall excellent experience from this clinic. I had 36 sessions of Hill DT compression therapy for my lower disc bulge which I had over a year. The bulge decreased significantly and the pain went down to a more manageable level after several sessions. Whilst I am only about 80 percent to full recovery I am confident with time and strengthening exercises I will get to 100 percent. Zain was very professional, supportive and knowledgeable.
