I have been registered with Dr Bhandary for many years.I have a chronic health condition , it is sometimes difficult to get a appointment but my experience is that if I am really concerned the surgery will fit me in this as prevented a couple of a and e visits for myself. Mrs Bhandary always takes time to listen I find her calming and reassuring. I have always found the reception staff to be helpful, if they need to ring me back they will at the time they say. ordering prescription's is relatively easy. the health care support workers are helpful and always manage to take my blood efficiently and painlessly. the only issue I have had is with the nurse who can be quite abrupt, I do find it rude names being shouted from her room rather than going to the waiting room.it can be quite confusing for the older generation.

I’ve been registered here for a few years now, and I feel the need to post a review because there is so many negative ones! I have never had an issue with the doctors, and they both always work with the patient to resolve the issue and make you feel comfortable. Despite the issues that they may experience with having a large number of patients, I have never felt rushed or not cared for. They genuinely seem to care about your wellbeing, especially after you’ve seen them a few times (it’s just about getting familiar with the person). I was pleasantly surprised to be asked about my general well-being as previous GPs that I had seemed to just want to get me out of the door. Of course, at times they may seem a bit irritable or tired due to the workload but they always acted professional towards me and didn’t let it get in the way. They seem perfectly competent to work with the problems that I experienced and I have nothing bad to say! Also just to add about appointments, they are very busy and it can be difficult to make an appointment at times however I always call in at 8am and I’ve never had an issue booking an appointment at that time, which is great with my busy schedule. When I book ahead, the next appointment available is the next week or in two weeks time, which is a great improvement from my previous surgery where I had to wait for at least a month.

Looked after my partner for several years now with several medical needs. Doctor Shahid is a lifesaver and works hard in resolving many different symptoms. The staff have always worked hard in getting the prescription out and always polite and assist 100% with the given situation. We believe in building a relationship with a doctor/staff and working through all the medical background for the best treatment in times of relapses and new medical issues. Regarding Mrs Bandari on quite a few occasions has made several good choices and has helped in stabilising my partners health. We've never had any issue with getting an appointment all you do is call at 07:59am. He was unable to get an emergency appointment this afternoon after a trip to a&e but doctor Shahid pushed best he could and my partner was seen. We are very very grateful for this. The lovely receptionist did everything possible today.

Worst GP ever! Rude receptions, pitty doctors! When you call them at 8:00am nobody answer you. After 5 minutes when they finally answer, claims that no appointment left!! Doctors are awful and they are not proffesional. Some time when you be late for 5 min for your appointment and nobody is in surgery they will not accept you.

Worst GP ever. First thing is that the nurs did not know how to change dressing i have after operation, second is the nurses are not wearing glows. And for me most importantly that the GP is denying the medications prescribed by specialist. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
