The first time I went the service was good but 2nd time was poor. I paid for my treatment privately everytime and cleared the bill that day. Got the receipts. 3 months later, they contact me claiming I have outstanding balance. Absolute joke. Never coming to you again. I've since been to Night and Day dental Practice, absolutely amazing.
Had an amazing hygienist clean today! The dentist and team were incredibly gentle, thorough, and professional. My teeth have never felt this clean. Highly recommend Farahnaz, the best dentist ever!

I normally never leave reviews, but this was the most positive experience I've had in years. I've had pretty severe dental anxiety since last year, and my visit to Jem Dental Care was the first time I felt my hygienist Asif Khan cared about that kind of thing. He explained everything to me clearly, he was extremely gentle when cleaning my teeth, he advised me on further treatment options and most importantly he listened to all my concerns. I would 100% recommend Asif Khan especially to those who are anxious when visiting the dentist. Thank you so much.
I called to book an appointment to have a wisdom tooth removed. They scheduled me for the same day, and on two separate phone calls they confirmed that the tooth would be removed and that the maximum I would pay was £28. I left work, losing both time and money. Went to the appointment, only for them to see me late and then tell me they wouldn’t remove the tooth after all. Instead, they just advised me to keep it clean and use mouthwash. I explained that I had been told twice that the tooth would be removed, but they said the reception staff aren’t aware of procedures and guidelines. It was the worst service I’ve ever received, I left in tears, having wasted time, effort, and money for nothing.
