Hyde Park Surgery

I recently visited the practice to ask about registering as a new patient, as I have moved to the area. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. When I greeted the receptionist politely, there was no response. When I explained that I had moved and wanted to register, the replies I received were curt and dismissive. For example, when I asked whether she needed my old or new address, she responded rudely that she only needed the new one, and when I provided it, she replied in an unhelpful tone. I was then told to scan a QR code, but again, this was communicated in a manner that felt disrespectful. I understand staff may be busy, but the way patients are spoken to makes a big difference. A little courtesy and professionalism would go a long way in making people feel welcome, especially when registering for the first time.

Best GP Surgery I've ever been signed up to. I've been with them for about 4 years now. Considering how underfunded and depleted the NHS is currently, they do an amazing job supplying friendly and helpful care. They're never weird about referrals and have given me a lot of tips on how to get seen sooner by specialists. They also have a great online booking system (rarely seen elsewhere), which prevents having to call a million times at 8am to get a same day appointment. All NHS workers deserve better funding and support, but I am very grateful to these guys for trying so hard to adapt and provide excellent healthcare as they do. Thank you!

Outstanding surgery. Best ever surgery I have experienced in my London life. Those receptionist like own family make me feel like already fine with my problem . Very clean surgery. They have such good management qualities and qualification with all appointment and patient, .. Very good listener. They have enough doctors They have enough space for appointment Best things They always give appointment according to patient's availability. Main things they have Equality .... The surgery has been amazing the last few months since I joined it. The general staff and especially the reception staff are super helpful and really supportive. Shout out to Adele for being wonderful so many times I’ve called, messaged or had to come through for one thing or another. Sometimes one comes in having a really difficult day or time and having that empathy and concern goes a long way. Thank you Hyde Park Surgery
