I would just like to say a massive thankyou to Joanne and Lucy for going above and beyond on the service they provide.Always make me feel comfortable and relaxed when attending my medical needs, Thankyou for a great service with a sense of humour.
Doctors, nurses and staff all are brilliant, really helpful in all matters, they help you than and there, my salute to every one of them, in every problem half of the burden off, after the visit Thanks
Totally avoid this place full of staff from Arie Court cmht & they all think they know it all I was told an Assessment! & instead it was 1 big stitch up about how I can't have any different mental health medicine's just got a massive lecture instead which definitely wasn't helpful! Remind me never ever 2 ask for anymore mental health help as they are all useless! Especially everyday nobody knows what goes through my head! So people definitely 100% Avoid these horrible people who don't care.
Absolutely disgraceful. Got a call this morning and booked me an appointment that I needed for 11:10. To be rang back a hour later to cancel due to no nurses. I’m sorry but this place should have known they didn’t have enough staff before giving patients appointments!! Absolutely disgraceful
every gp surgery i’ve been with previously has been able to give me same day appointments and gp letters for university within 2 days but i’ve recently moved and signed on here they’re telling my sibling to wait a month for an appointment and a letter which means I would miss deadlines and fail university? why can i not book urgent appointments?
