They're good at frenchtips but some of my nails have started lifting 3 days later and the acrylic is too thick near the cuticle so it's chipping off. Some of my nails are also wonky and the nail designs are not all the same. (Bare in mind i paid 45 quid and they aren't up to the standards they should be!)

Went to get infills on 22/10/2025 - the middle french was wonky, i paid £30! And he still did not sort this out !! By 24/10/25 my nails as you can see have started to chip!!! This should not be the case, i have had them four weeks prior to this and apart from being outgrown all little no chip issue whatsoever!! The second person who did this was lazy!!! Incompetent and only cared for the money!!! Overpriced and avoid at all costs Update - went on 25/10/25 - they were fixed and redone and apologies were given Update - by 27/10/2025 gurlll.. they chipped again.. 😳😬, at this point i did not go back as it was not worth the time again, had to get them redone elsewhere ! Am i coming back you ask.. naa, neveeerr ✌🏼 period!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Avoid. Didn't go to my usual nail shop and went here which was my first mistake. Quiet shop with only 2 customers in yet was being rushed and the person doing my nails didn't say a single word to me the entire time, I kept having to get him to fix wonky nails and bumps. Woman next to me was being really rude to her customer also. Nails are peeling 24 hours after going and they're all different shapes with bumps and look horrible. Funnily enough if you're rude to your paying customers they'll go somewhere else then these businesses wonder why they can't make money. I asked for a basic black full set square shape. If you can't even manage nails that simple maybe some more training is needed. I wouldn't usually write reviews but the hostility plus my peeling bumpy nails left me no choice

First time going here and honestly love my nails so much!! Exactly like the inspo picture I showed them and such a lovely bunch of ladies, defo recommend 🥰🥰

My family and I are frequent customers here, we have all had pedicures and my cousin and myself have had acrylic nails done on a few occasions now. Nail art is always pretty good, the nails generally last for a while, average time about a 3-4 weeks, probably more if you aren't doing anything too strenuous. Staff are always polite and willing to cooperate.
