RAWR Beauty located within Primark - Leeds

An exemplary customer service was provided to me on 8th October by my allocated RAWR beautician: the lovely Fatima! Fatima was actively promoting RAWR Beauty's various treatments and services by handing out leaflets close to the beauty corner. She demonstrated dedication, initiative, and brilliant interpersonal skills, as she piqued my interest in the lash lift & tint treatment - a treatment which I had never undertaken previously. She was professional and comprehensive whilst explaining the treatment and expected results, as well as when she conducted my 48hr patch test prior to the treatment, to ensure my eyes wouldn't react negatively to the mixture. I also observed her collected, grounded, and professional manner and demeanour during her interactions with other customers, which I commend highly; especially as this was during a busy lunchtime hour. I'd also like to commend RAWR Beauty's Area Manager for addressing and resolving my concern raised regarding the high volume level of the music which I found to be overstimulating during my visit, as I am neurodivergent and have ADHD, which results in heightened senses where I am often prone to sensory overload and irritation. I explained that as a result, this would have also most likely be experienced by other neurodivergent customers, acting as a deterrant rather than an invitation to engage. (Neuroinclusive environments are intrinsic to enabling a positive customer experience!). *I attended the Primark store for errands a few days following my treatment, and I was very pleased to observe the reduced sound levels, which I found to be a lot more pleasant, putting me at ease. Fatima provided me with beautiful results (which was affirmed by her Area Manager) in addition to practical aftercare steps and guidance. Keep up all the hard work Fatima & Team, and thank you for your kind efforts and positive work ethic - I look forward to my consecutive lash lift treatments from now on!✊🏼😊 Salma ❤️

I went in yesterday to get eyelashes extensions and ended up in urgent care with an abrasion on my eye. The lady was using Q-tip to clean glue from my eye.I won’t go into too much detail because I intend to seek legal advice but the lady was very nice and it’s quite unfortunate that this happened. Edit : RAWR reached out asking for my contact to see how they can “rectify “ the situation and no one ever got back to me .

Fatima was great; had a lovely conversation & received an excellent service despite her being incredibly busy during my lash lift. I observed her ensuring all customers were dealt with as quickly as possible, whilst managing the current customers well. Can’t wait to revisit & have my lashes done by Fatima again 😍

Shinda was amazing and I loved my brows will be back again in a month !! I have a cowlick on my brows and they’ve been messed up before but I’m so happy with the results - quick, painless and clean !

I had my eyebrows waxed today, and the lady who did them — Fatema — was very gentle. I’ve been there many times before, and the waxing itself is usually good. However, I find it frustrating that I’m always asked to sign up for one of their plans every time I visit. Today I was asked four times in a row, which felt quite pushy. I also felt pressured into having my eyebrows done after being told they “needed a good tidy up,” even though I hadn’t planned on getting them done at that moment. What made it more uncomfortable was that I was approached while shopping in Primark, not even near their beauty desk. It felt intrusive and a bit too sales-driven. Overall, the service from Fatema was gentle and professional, but the repeated upselling and pressure to book or sign up took away from the experience.
