I recently received a charge from this petrol station for a bill that did not go through. At the time of purchase, the sale was suspended and no one behind the till said anything about it being suspended. Since then, I had filled up at the petrol station three times, and still, no one said anything to me about the payment not going through. I then received a fine - unaware that the payment had not gone through - of £50. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she tried to claim that I hadn’t even tried to pay for the petrol despite there being a receipt clearly stating, “sale suspended.” I fill up at this station at least once a week - what a great way to treat loyal customers…

I have used this garage a lot, yesterday evening I went to this garage and purchased something from the shop, they have a toilet and I've used it in the past, the man working behind the counter said the toilet is shut you can't use it when asked politely "please can I use the customer toilet?". I could see the door was open and it looked very open to me. I have a health condition where I sometimes need urgent access to the toilet yet this guy refused me. I won't use this garage again, really bad to refuse someone with a health problem access to the customer toilet. The guy was an Asian man about 5 foot, big black beard and big woolly hat. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is another guy who used to work here he was really nice, maybe he left?

Very disappointed i have half tank fuel i trying to make a full tank i put £60 still not make my tank full when i take the pump out I didn’t see any diesel come out from the pump even one drop rubbing people

I recently had a disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a phone charging cable and specifically asked the staff if I could return it in case it didn’t fit. I was assured that I could. However, after testing it in my car and realizing it was incompatible with my device, I immediately returned to the store, only to be told that they would not accept the return because the cable “works fine.” This response contradicts consumer rights in the UK, where customers are generally entitled to return items within 14 days. Instead of honoring their initial statement, they insisted I purchase another cable, costing me an additional £10. This experience was both frustrating and misleading, and I would advise others to be cautious when shopping here.

Avoid this place, I pay 80 pence for autogas everywhere and at this thief station it's £1,299/L. I thought it was some mistake, but it's robbery of customers, 50 pence difference on each liter. Scandal
