They messed up the dosage description on my medication. I contacted my GP and confirmed the correct dosage with them after taking the wrong dose. All was good in the end, but not everyone will contact their GP for dosage confirmation. You guys need to be more careful.
The pharmacy is really convenient for anyone living in Leeds city centre with both NHS covered and private options. I was able to get some time with the pharmacist straight away who was able to advise and provide me with the best medication and he was lovely and very helpful
If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! From my first visit to now weekly visits all staff especially the young man behind the counter and the gentleman pharmacist are truly amazing, Nothing is ever to much trouble and they actually have time to speak to you if needed and the advise is top notch. Mine and my husbands prescriptions are always available when I go for them and I really can't praise them enough. Thanks guys.
They said they wanted my prescription, I said I needed the original for insurance claims . Then, they tried scamming me by saying that my doctor gave me a medicine that has no effect and is useless . After we discussed outside his consulting room and requested me to pay 20 pounds instead of 45 pounds for a consultation but I didn’t make any appointment at all, we just arguing to get back my original prescription. PHARMACY NOT RECOMMENDED.
Last year had my vaccines and injections through them. This year same. Efficiency and great customer service is what I have gotten from them :)
