Tom is a really wonderful physio. Both myself and my son have seen him for a variety of climbing related injuries over the last couple of years. I really value the way in which Tom explains both the issues and the solutions - he always helps me to understand what's going on and the best way to treat it. He has helped me to manage my injuries around a modified climbing schedule and added lots of progression as my injuries have started to get better. I always feel very much listened to during treatment with Tom and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a physio, especially climbers.

I visited Tom after a finger injury was stopping me from climbing properly. He diagnosed the issue, reassured me that it would get better and provided me with a physio plan to get there. What was most helpful was that he didn't just provide me with a rigid set of exercises to do but rather a general methodology to follow in my training. I am now pretty much back to full strength 💪

I can't rate Tom highly enough. I initially went with two climbing injuries (A2 pulley and golfer's elbow) and together we finally managed to get a grip on both which had been plaguing me for years. I then had a horrible ankle sprain that he also managed to guide back into a really good result. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced!

I went to Tom because of an injury which I didn't know what to do with. Tom identified it as an A2 finger pulley injury. I'm fairly new to climbing so really needed good advice. Tom was excellent, he explained very clearly what the injury was and how it needed to be treated. I'm happy to say that after 8 weeks of following his advice, and maintaining his physio plan, I'm able to start climbing again. Albeit I am still being careful to maintain the plan he set out to make sure the injury heals well. I would 100% recommend Tom to anyone in need of physio support. He's a patient and lovely guy. Really great experience with Crux Physiotherapy. Tom was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt informed and empowered to progress things myself throughout the recovery process, and was able to ask questions in between appointments when I needed. Everything was usefully related back to my climbing and I felt like I always knew what climbing I could go and do.
