I’m so grateful to John for the treatment over the last few months. He is without doubt one of the best old school physio’s practicing. I walk out of every session feeling much better and armed with a series of exercises. If you have a musculoskeletal problem make Leeds Physiotherapy Clinic your first call. You can thank me later :-)
Having suffered with intermittent lower back pain for some time I reached a point where I needed professional help and called the highly recommended Sarah Field. Sarah was able to very quickly diagnose the source of my issues, and with some hands on physiotherapy combined with recommended ongoing maintenance via stretches and yoga, has made a real difference to my pain and mobility. Would certainly recommend Sarah.
Called and booked in due to some bad neck pain, upper back and shoulder pain, jaw pain and limited mobility in my neck. Sarah immediately identified some issues with my posture and standing position. After 1 session with Sarah consisting of a 30 minute assessment and 30 minute session on my neck/spine, my mobility improved drastically. Within 48 hours the pain reduced massively and mobility has increased. Booked in a 2nd session for a follow up which has increased mobility and reduced the pain further. Lovely team and incredible work from Sarah. I can't believe the difference in such a short period, thank you for your help!
I've had a few sessions so far with Sarah. She's incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly! I've always found her to be very accommodating in regards to appointments too. I highly recommend her. I don't actually want my treatment to end, as I will miss her and our chats.
I’ve had 4 sessions so far with Sarah- I have scoliosis and have had so much tension in my traps/neck/upper back recently that I was getting headaches so much. She is very knowledgable and has given me exercises and advice on posture for desk working/standing and lifestyle like incorporating yoga into my routine. My tension has reduced and I’m getting far less headaches and not needing to take ibuprofen anymore!
