Being a member is a wonderful experience. The staff are professional and friendly. The classes are amazing with excellent teachers. The pool, steam room and sauna are top class. There is an amazing gym upstairs. My mental and physical health has improved since joining. Best devision ever ! ❤

Absolutely love this place! The staff are amazing — always polite, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. The gym is spotless, well-equipped, and has such a positive energy from the moment you walk in. The sauna, pool, and recovery areas make it feel more like a wellbeing retreat than just a gym. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about members’ progress and comfort. Joining this gym was one of my best decisions! Highly recommended. 💪🔥

Such a nice Gym!! I been there almost a year, already and I’m really happy!! They got new equipments! An excellent space!! interactive classes! Oh! The staff are just amazing! I’ve been in few emergency situations and all them knew exactly what to do!! They are really helpful people and very friendly also well! The classes are really good (especially the boxing classes 🤭)! The gym is full of really prepared and friendly personal trainers!! It’s also in a very good location in central Leeds! Fear price!! It’s definitely worth checking!!

Great gym, l really enjoy my sessions here. I love the spin classes and am really pleased to see all the new bikes which has taken my favourite classes a notch up. The staff are so friendly and helpful it's definitely my happy place.

Extremely unhappy with my experience. Visited the branch within The Light shopping centre on a free day pass with my wife and her mother. We were thoroughly unimpressed, the gym equipment looked ancient, there was a weird sweaty socks/medicine smell throughout the gym floor and the gentry seemed to be entirely subsidised? But worst of all was the awful stench in the Steam room. It smelt like an awful retching gutter that’s overflowed and mixed with the sewerage line. I’ve now fallen extremely ill and can only associate it to the unhygienic conditions at the gym. Glad it was a free pass, definitely not ever subscribing or plan to return. 0 stars if possible.
