Angus was lovely and welcoming, he made me feel like no question was too silly and even if I wasn’t explaining things in medical terms he tried his hardest to understand. He was extremely gentle and gave the best help on how to ease my shoulder. I’ve left feeling very positive and happy with the outcome :)
