Regen Physio Leeds City Centre

Great experience - Went in today for a sports massage with Ryan. He was professional, did a full assessment of my current flexibility and ensured there were no serious underlying issues before starting. The treatment was great, don’t get me wrong it was sore at times, but we had a good chat throughout and Ryan acted professionally. After reassessing post treatment, I could see a massive improvement in flexibility. Would really recommend regen physio

I was advised by a friend to visit Regen Physio in Leeds when my left shoulder started to hurt when I was picking up my toddler. Having never used a Physio before, I was sceptical about cost and results but I have been amazed with the outcome. I have had 3 sessions with Alex and she has almost solved the pain and flexibility in my shoulder. He knowledge is exceptional and she knew the issue straight away from asking questions, feeling the joint and asking me to perform some simple arm stretches. The home exercises were tailored to me and more than achievable - and they have been perfect in solving the problems. I have been really impressed with Regen Physio and Alex in particular and I can not thank her enough for helping me. We are now working on strengthening the shoulder to prevent the issue returning - and even taking a look at fixing my dodgy knee so I can hopefully get back to Badminton in the near future. Alex is an exceptional physiotherapist, she is very knowledge and the communication has been great throughout. She quickly diagnosed my ankle issue and after spending time on an exercise plan I can run long distances again. The exercises have even improved my running, endurance and recovery time. So glad I booked and I would highly recommend to others!

Very impressed with Alexandra. She is very knowledgeable and understands sports people and their injuries. Her ability to diagnose is excellent - not all pain is from the actual injury.. for example, my back pain was just a consequence of a very tight quad and hip. Having used physios throughout the last 25 years as sportsperson, I'm super impressed with the service I'm receiving and would recommend Regen to anybody; especially Alexandra. She's great.

Couldn’t recommend Alex more! She’s so lovely, encouraging and most importantly knows her way around a slipped disc! I genuinely don’t think I would have made as much progress without her support. Get booked in!
