Amar is an amazing Physio, he treated my Dads knee and got him back to cycling. He does great hands on treatment and then took him to the private gym for exercise rehab. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Amar. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and put me at ease very quickly. He identified the trigger points around my hip and used the acupuncture to relieve the tightness of the muscle and reduce my discomfort. The rehab gym is incredibly well kitted out and is an ideal for demoing and practicing rehabilitation movements. I would highly recommend!

I went to see Amar for consistent neck and shoulder pain, and I can’t recommend him enough. He quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me a wide range of exercises I could take home to work on healing. What really stands out is how knowledgeable he is about the human body and he doesn’t just treat the pain, he explains why it’s happening and gives you the tools to help prevent it in the future.
