I’ve used Blacks Solicitors for several property purchases and have worked closely with Rebecca Skeets and Echo Steed throughout. They’re fantastic to deal with. They’re exceptionally responsive – if you email with a query or issue, you almost always hear back the same day. I’ve rarely experienced that level of service with other conveyancers. They’re also very pragmatic and commercial in their approach. When issues come up, they focus on finding solutions and getting the transaction completed, which is hugely appreciated when you’re buying property. As soon as one stage is finished, they’re straight onto the next, keeping everything moving forward. I find them both extremely capable, helpful, and easy to work with. After two purchases where I have not been lucky with a solicitor to give us an adequate answers but somehow managed to get us through a completion we have come. to Low blacks. As there is a saying third time lucky. I was very pleased with the knowledge , expertise and professionalism that Will Ashton has provided for our lease hold flat purchase. That was the first time we used the company. Second time naturally went back for our fifth purchase. Again lease hold flat.
