Nova Bakehouse

One of the best discoveries I’ve made in recent months. Nova Bakehouse has quickly become one of my favourite ways to spend a Saturday morning. Everything about this place shows attention to detail, freshness and quality. The baked goods, and I tried a good variety, are all excellent and exactly what you’d hope for from a spot with this reputation. Even the coffee was made to perfection. Yes, the prices are on the higher side and it’s almost always busy, so expect a short wait at least. But there are very few places like this, especially in the North of England. It’s worth every penny and every minute in the queue.

The best people making the most exceptional pastry in the world. I moved abroad, away from Leeds and have tried hundreds of bakeries at the top of the game, but the: cardamom knot, cinnamon bun and pain au chocolat here are too far ahead of the game. Beautiful coffee served here too, and a great fruit and pantry selection also.

The Morning Cake was unique and a really pleasant surprise. I would absolutely recommend anyone going has one over a more standard pastry!

Iced Americano refreshing in a summer sunny day. Pain au chocolat is crispy at the skin, the layers are very good but personally I prefer a more fluffy texture. It should be one of the few best bakery in Leeds, especially among independent bakery. Worth support.
