Just wanted to drop a review to say how amazing Kris was in helping us look at baby items including prams today. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and spent over 45 minutes going through options with us with great enthusiasm and advice. Definitely an asset to the store and we will be placing an order online for the products he recommended - including a cot and a baby monitor. Thanks again, Kris!

Appalling. Joined an advertised preorder event and the system to take orders went down nationwide. However it wasn’t staff telling us that but people online. 5 hours it took for the event to be “officially” called off after people where left stood with no facilities, information, warmth for the entire time. No consideration to health and safety, people with disabilities, children, elderly. No placeholder tickets so people could go get food, no offer to use staff bathrooms, no water. Nothing, just told us to stop blocking “normal” customers. The carpark, has a 3 hour limit. No offer to whitelist cars for the day (and I know that parking company well, I work with them, it’s possible) You may think you have us over a barrel for Pokemon, but I can and will take my business for Lego, for the switch, for my games and anything else to other brands. And I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Kris was absolutely amazing! Me and my partner went in to try find our first child’s pram and travel pram and he was so knowledgeable and just amazing!! He helped us find the perfect pram and car seat for us and was just absolutely fantastic. We went away knowing everything we needed to for our pram and car seat and he just helped in anyway he could. Couldn’t ask for better help than we got with Kris!!

My partner and I bought a pram from Smyths Toy Store and had an amazing experience thanks to Hannah. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us find the perfect pram. Nothing was too much trouble, and her advice made everything so much easier. Thank you, Hannah, for making what could have been a stressful purchase feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
