The worst place to shop ever… NO returns. Their return policy is just a scam that gives you a voucher which would have all details vanishing after few weeks.

Just like any other Sports Direct Store but doesn't have much to offer, stocks mainly the basic gear, convinient for me as it is only 5 mins walk from where I live and therfore I visit here quite often. Only issue I've had is the staff usually at the door or not very polite, they seem to care more about their outdoor activities rather then concentrating at work, giggling and laughing rudely. Staff at the tills are always polite.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE Last day I went to the shop for exchanging a shirt which I was purchased two days ago. When I have requested for an exchange they just ignored as it was worn and ironed by me it seems. But I have not ironed or washed, I have just came to swap only because of size matters, and they are not accepting. Moreover, they are claiming that there is some stain on it but when I took from my home there wasn't any stain on it. They took the shirt from me to show the manager inside, After coming out they are showing some stain and they are claiming that I washed this cloth material . But I wasn't. So my question is how can they claim that I washed and ironed the product...The attitude of the Lady manager and the staff was really rude and ridiculous. As a business it is their duty to have a good customer care and pleasant face instead of rudeness. CONCLUSION: Even though how we react they don't care they will still continue doing with the customers. FACT: The management should take necessary action to this, as it is increasing the, number of negative reviews coming on.

Visited this evening (Fri) around 6/6.30pm, the shop is open until 8pm. After trying to find a member of staff with not one on the shop floor (!!) I went to the till to ask for assistance with some trainers. As they went to the back to look, a man who seemed to be the manager came up and started questioning where the staff member had gone. I explained and then he responded with an off the cuff remark about how people all rush to shop during the evening yet they're open all day... Very unprofessional. People also work during the day. And the store is open until 8pm!! It's his job - clearly didn't want to be working "late" on a Friday evening. Staff are none existent. This isn't the first time I've experienced this when visiting any Sports Direct store. I'd rather not waste my time trying to pace up and down to find someone to help...but some times you need something at 6.30pm on a Friday night and there's no where else to get it from!

Not a very nice or helpful woman upstairs. She had short dark hair and glasses and made my request to use the changing room a massive chore. Did not offer to put items back that were no good. Ended up spending over £50 and barely even a smile for the miserable person. My large spend was no way a reflection on any good service. I actually felt pressured in the end and just wanted to get out as soon as possible so I bought them thinking if no good I can return until she was scanning them and I saw the exchanges only sign. All in all wish I hadn't of bothered.
