The store is not run properly at all. They installed a coffee machine but always have it switched off. They installed a slush machine, always have that switched off. Not a great collection of choices, occasionally finding things on the shelves that are passed their use by dates. Staff get funny if I buy something for colleagues and attempt to collect the clubcard the points? Focus on sorting your store out first. If it wasn’t for location it would have closed years ago.
It's supposed to be opened from 6am to 11pm but they just close in the middle of the day without notice. I've been 30mins waiting here with another 30 people. Please avoid if possible, this is happening quite frequently
Very helpful staff member gave my girlfriend an umbrella when we tried to buy one for the rain. Really helpful guy.
I shop here about twice a week. It's not bad for what it is. You can get most basic stuff and the staff are really good. Great egg selection and the meal deal offerings are adequate. They don't sell mama noodles like some Tesco stores and for me this is the main drawback.
They don't have carrier bags. A supermarket without bags is a joke, how do you expect people to buy anything. Staff just shrug their shoulders, had to abandon my shopping due to their incompetence
