Used to be a regular customer here for their great selection of hardware and household items. until the guy behind the counter saw fit to deliberately short change me by £2 on a £1.50 cigarette lighter I bought as a courtesy purchase after poking around in the shop for ages and not finding what I needed on this occasion.
