Lilys of Bramhope did the flowers for our wedding at the start of May. We absolutely loved them, they exceeded any expectations we had. She was able to supply everything we requested while also including her own amazing creativity. She was approachable and friendly, the customer service was basically faultless. We were kept well informed via meetings and emails the entire time. All the guests and anyone that’s seen the photos have showered them with compliments too. Delivery was done promptly and set up efficiently the morning of the wedding. Thank you so much for making our special day even more magical!

We decided to purchase the flowers for our elopement through Lily’s of Bramhope, after a recommendation from my mother-in-law who received flowers from here before. The whole process was very smooth – from the initial phone call to the email correspondence and having the flowers delivered to our hotel. All my expectations were exceeded! We also appreciated the note that explained where the buttonhole flowers should be worn. I received so many compliments about the bouquet, both on the day and when visiting family several days after the ceremony, as the flowers lasted about a week, even after travelling! I was a bit hesitant about having fresh flowers, as we were getting married on a budget (sort of) – but I’m so glad we did. Thank you to Rachel for making our wedding day even more special

I can recommend this florist with the highest regard. If I could give them a 10 it would be easy and well deserved. We ordered flowers for my Aunty's funeral and was informed that the crematorium would not accept flowers, Rachel asked us to provide the details of the funeral directors, which we did not know. She took it on herself to locate the directors on our behalf. This was all done via email as we are in Australia. Thank you for going above and beyond with your service
