IKEA Leeds

I noticed while in the endless queue to get a piece of fish (that looked and tasted like cardboard) in the restaurant that all the tray trolley wheels were absolutely matted and tangled up with human hair. Not just one trolley, all the trolleys. I reported my observation to IKEA customer service, which was hard enough (round in circles on the online chat and phone). They seem to think that I am out for compensation. I was offered a £10 voucher which felt like it was simply given to everyone in the hope their complaint just goes away. I didn't ask for this, nor do I want it. I clearly stated that my interest was to know if the problem would be tackled or dealt with. Their response so far has been dismissive and has made me feel that I am out for money. In an email today I get told "Whilst I appreciate the impact this situation has had on you, I must inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer further compensation beyond the goodwill gesture already extended." I haven't asked for anything - only to know that the problem will be sorted - which I have received no response to. So why must this person inform me of this? Ikea - get some staff who can empathetically and transparently respond to complaints and stop presuming that everyone is trying to get their hands on money or whatever.

IKEA Warehouse offers an impressive shopping experience with its wide selection of stylish, affordable, and functional furniture. The layout is well-organized, making it easy to explore and get inspired. Staff are helpful and courteous, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. A perfect place for home ideas and great value.

IKEA Leeds is a great store with a wide range of furniture and home products. Friendly staff and a nice restaurant area. Can get busy, but overall a good shopping experience!

Had an appointment with a planner. The planner was nicecand helpful. The small rooms are full of good ideas. My wardrobeclook very nice in the room. Less good points is we were early for the planning so were hoping to grab some lunch. The cafeteria queue was to big. We had to go to the check out for a hot dog and then walk all the way back. Some short cuts would be appreciated.

As a new small business it was great to be able to get a range of quality chairs and desks that work in our space @combatbasewakefield - also a nice kids table and stool help with our family friendly approach. Most importantly it doesn't break the bank!
