I recently ordered a carpet from United Carpets and Beds in Batley. Unfortunately their supplier forgot to put my order through, which was completely outside the stores control. Adam at the branch in Batley could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to find me a carpet that matched the one I originally chose and made sure it could still be fitted on the day I needed it. Fantastic service and genuine care for customers. I would highly recommend United Carpets and Beds in Batley and especially Adam for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.
Lesley was lovely from the minute we walked in. She took all our details and check stock, when stock wasn't available she took time to show us other products similar. Very happy. Thank you
Great service and great people. Good quality carpets at excellent value Thank you
Cannot fault the store staff. Quality stair carpet. Sadly the "experienced" fitter did a bad job. Leaving loose carpet on the stairs. Mishap with the "measuring" so had to reorder a piece for landing to match in with the pattern. So job was done in two fittings, with different fitters. If you do decide to get a carpet, I'd recommend you choose your own fitter.
Before I go on, Adam is lovely and a fantastic salesman, couldn’t be happier with his customer service as for the guy who fitted it….Floor was laid today looks nothing like what i ordered different colour looks wishy washy with indistinct grain on the left is what i ordered, on the right is what i got its also been finished like a dogs arse and missing a silver carpet bar, for some reason the fitter felt it necessary to trim behind the fridge but not cover the gaps that can be seen. Also dont see the point of paying for water resistant flooring to protect against leaks and then leave a gap in the washing machine recess for water to freely get into if theres a leak, also a dent in the laminate in front of the washing machine that would also allow water to get into the boards
