Amazing business. Very nice staff. One uncle in particular was very welcoming and they all provided an amazing service. Would definitely choose this place for any tv repairs!
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, with friendly and approachable staff who are always ready to go the extra mile. They make every interaction easy and enjoyable and you can truly tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend.
Very thorough job, explained all the steps he was taking prior to mounting the tv, and kept me informed when there were certain hurdles in the way, end result looks brilliant!
Friendly chaps but really need to upskill. I imagine there good for big things such as tv but no help with my wireless headphones. Paid for diagnosis that didn't diagnose the problem.
Great customer service was received from Great Horton T.V Centre. My 75" Samsung smart television was diagnosed and repaired in 48hours. I am a very happy customer, and I would highly recommend others to use this place.
