Always used for my DIY needs. But visited on Tuesday and at the till they were dishing out free doughnuts, Only to those with a trade card though. Proper taking the mick!
First and last time I'm ordering "next day delivery." If you are advertising next day, don't then advise my order will be within 3 days. Misleading. Disappointed. Let down.
Shout out to the young guy Dylan, so helpful today when buying a pressure washer. Came to offer assistance which is such a refreshing change nowadays! Also helped with another issue. Love good customer service, well done Dylan.
I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience during my visit today with my husband to purchase bathroom tiles.
