Excellent service, great staff. Very friendly and helpful with ideas and designs. Help me pick out my wife's engagement ring and helped us choose our wedding bands. Gave us many options to view and different thickness, was very easy to see exactly what we wanted. Was able to get a perfect engagement ring a few years ago and then most recently got matching wedding bands. Highly recommend.

We approached Diamond Heaven, Leeds whilst wedding ring hunting back in September 2024. Being from a watches and jewellery selling background I (the groom) knew what I wanted from the beginning, something different… platinum and rose gold two tone band. The wife was not so sure what she wanted during our hunting until we entered Diamond Heaven. Suddenly the opportunities became endless and thoughts and ideas could become reality with their bespoke designs. A beautiful platinum with diamond and sapphire band was born on the back of this. We both got our perfect custom wedding rings within three months of order, and we were in love. Reese made the whole process from start to finish so easy, his patience whilst we decided was appreciated and the agreement to leave the rings in the vault until we were ready to collect was great. We took advantage of the amazing deals they had on at the time and we were really impressed by the overall price for both rings. We purchased our wedding bands in November last year and was greeted with such professionalism and kindness from Ewan. He was very helpful and guided us through our options and was not pushy in the slightest which I find with most jewellery places… it was so refreshing!! My partner and I were on a day out looking at rings and stopped in. We noticed it was busy so decided to stand around for a bit to see if anyone would become free. We do understand a busy day however there was absolutely zero acknowledgment of us being there waiting patiently. We stood waiting for 30-45 minutes, walked past multiple times by staff. Not once had the staff taken the chance to say “thanks for waiting/be with you after”. We went over the road and were seen to immediately.
