Based on my experience and a few similar stories I’ve heard from others, this jeweller overpromises and underdelivers. They’re eager to take on work, but the follow-through and aftercare are lacking. Concerns aren’t handled well, and responsibility is avoided. There are far better and more professional options elsewhere.

I've used this jeweller many times & always found them polite & friendly, had a watch & silver bike chain bracelet repaired. Great repairs & priced at affordable rates.

No glitzy lights or hard sell here. Good old fashioned working watch maker. Work to be done always explained and to the benefit of the customer and not the till like many high Street jewellers. Down to earth service without cost the earth prices. Highly Recommended.
