From Rob — the guy who loses track of time daily, wears watches like a decorative accessory, and sometimes has no idea what month it is — Harvey’s Jewellers are absolute miracle workers! One watch needed a new battery? Boom, done. They even gave me advice on ordering a strap, because apparently some people actually plan ahead (I do not). My other manual watch needed links taken out — they did it with patience, precision, and zero eye rolls at my complete incompetence. ⌚😅 The team here are heroes. Friendly, professional, funny, and saints for putting up with someone like me who can’t tell AM from PM but still wants to feel classy. They somehow made me feel like a VIP even while admitting I probably shouldn’t be trusted with timepieces. If you want watches fixed, straps sorted, links removed, and your faith in humanity restored, run — don’t walk — to Harvey’s Jewellers. Honestly, I may never tell time properly again, but at least my watches will look incredible while I’m confused. 💎⏰😂

Had amazing service from Harvey’s Jewellers, first of all I had my ring resized which was done in under an hour. My ring then broke and they have been brilliant in helping us with sorting this, they were honest and genuine with us and fixed this very quickly. Very pleased and will be returning to buy our wedding rings

Popped into Harvey’s Jewellers in Wakefield today to get my nose piercing fixed — I couldn’t close it properly and thought a piece might be missing. They said it could cost around £50 to sort out, but when I came back later, they told me it wasn’t actually broken — just stretched a bit! Really appreciate how honest and genuine they were about it instead of charging me for something unnecessary. Lovely people and great service — definitely recommend! 💎✨

Excellent service provided by the gents at Harvey’s. Resized my platinum wedding ring and polished it back to pristine condition, all done within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
