Tesco Express

Never had any issues with a staff. However, by some reason a phone data never works inside that store…. How annoying that every single time I should leave my items, come closer to the entrance to catch a connection from outside to open a club card, go back to the till ….. omg…. Whoever is in charge of that need to arrange a wifi for your customers.

Please sack the security guard. Caught him staring at not only me but many women on frequent visits for bits and bobs. All people who are just shopping and not suspicious. You can argue that it’s his job but it’s straight up uncomfortable, especially when he walks over and stands and breathes down your neck watching you scan your clubcard. Also the female staff member with glasses, quite rude. No smile and an aggressive tone.

the staff here are horrible i got one redbull and they wanted to see ID which i provided he then wanted to see the IDs of the people who i were with these people weren’t even in the store we were all over the age of 23 but this really annoyed me as they wasn’t even in the store and it was just a REDBULL.

I’ve never encountered staff as rude and entitled as at this Tesco Express and it happens consistently. I work locally in the legal field, always busy, and my only goal at lunchtime is to grab my food and leave. Yet every time, I’m met with unnecessary attitude for absolutely no reason. I never leave reviews, but people need to know about this experience. It’s unacceptable.

Shocking treatment. I was accused of shoplifting. The staff didn’t listen to my explanation nor did they show an interest in seeing my proof of purchase. No benefit of doubt was afforded me. To their eyes I was guilty. All that had happened was there was a slight delay on the transaction being processed. I hope the staff get treated with such disrespect when a similar situation happens to them.
