We arrived at Tesco at around 11:45 PM and were told that only one person was allowed in because the store was close to closing. We understood this and waited outside for our friend. However, a few minutes later, two other customers arrived and the security guard immediately opened the door and let them in, even though we had been waiting. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. The inconsistent treatment made us feel disrespected, and it seemed like the rules were not being applied equally. I hope Tesco reviews this behaviour because customers should be treated fairly and consistently, especially close to closing time.
We arrived at Tesco shortly before closing, around 11:50 PM, and were told that only one person could enter because the store was about to close. We understood and waited outside while our friend went in. A few minutes later, however, two other customers showed up and the security guard let them in right away, even though we had been waiting longer. The situation felt unfair and quite unprofessional. The lack of consistency in how customers were treated was disappointing, and it left us feeling disregarded. I hope Tesco looks into this, as customers should be treated equally and respectfully, regardless of the time.
I felt so harshly treated by the security who ignored my deep desired request to go in, just because they were going to close IN 15 MINS, bear in mind, the closing time is 12, it was barely 11:45. I was super thirsty that night, and i felt really disrespected, especially due to the fact that he let in 2 girls who arrived 5 MINUTES LATER THAN ME, and he wasnt letting in any other guys who wanted to buy something real quick. I felt disgusted by the double standards, which was utterly disappointing to see from such a massive brand such as Tesco.
The staffs are friendly and helpful but the worst security I’ve met. it was still 15mins till closing time but won’t let us in but when two girls showed up he would happily let them in without saying a word. 👎
most disrespectful security ever, he held double standards, as it was late at night BEFORE STORE CLOSING TIME and he only let 2 girls go in and told all the guys it was closed. this laziness should not be tolerated by tescos.
