Misleading price displays and when you go inside and buy, for example washer liquid, and use their parking space to fill up your car, you get a parking notice and end up paying £60. Clearly, ripping off customers. Expected better from shell.
Even one star is a lot. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was at this Petro station. To begin with, the customer service was shockingly bad. The staff acted as if they couldn't care less about helping customers, with no greetings, smiles, or even basic politeness. Adding to the nightmare, their card machine was conveniently 'out of order' when I needed to pay for my fuel. Instead of providing a quick and efficient alternative, they handed me a form and assured me I could pay after 'a few days.' Little did I know that this was the start of an even bigger problem. A few days later, I received a letter from them, not to remind me to pay, but to threaten me with a fine if I didn't settle my bill promptly. It was outrageous! I followed their instructions to the letter, and this is how they treat their customers? To top it off, they mentioned involving debt collectors, which is not only excessive but also completely unnecessary. My experience at this Petro station has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their appalling customer service, malfunctioning card machines, and unjustified threats have convinced me to never set foot in there again. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and sanity
Their card payment system was down and staff did not know what to do therefore they gave me a form to sign and a week later there was a debt collection Agancy send me a letter that I have to pay £30 plus the fuel money I went and ask the manager today and she just an ignorant when I told her to check the cctv to see if the staff have mentioned the administration fee, then she accusing me that I’m shouting. Disgusting service never going to go their again. Such shame.
£2.40 for a lighter. Staff didn't even awknowledge how overpriced it is. Would hate to imagine how expensive the petrol is. Unless you are deaperate don't bother
Not biker friendly at all. Always insist that I remove my helmet, I work down the road so would be perfect for getting fuel easily. But I am not going to be taking off my helmet as it put my life at risk. Also the prices are too high and some are just wrong. Staff didn't help much when I asked either...
