Every time I go to this aquarium the visits are pleasant (I have been going for a while now). The staff are helpful and always have time to speak and give advice on whatever questions are asked, there are two particular team members (who was on shift together today but unsure of their names - on the Thursday 30th October ) I can’t praise them enough for always going above and beyond to help on any problems I have with my tank/fish and really appreciate the advice provided each time I’m there on new purchases needed. I will always return to this place and have recommended this to friends and family.

I’m not one for writing reviews but I feel this is definitely needed. Been to the store again today and I honestly could not thank the young man who was working on Thursday 30th at 11am. (Sorry we didn’t catch your name). Helped us test our water and was really honest on what fish to get and not to get for our tank, as well as being really helpful with every question we had about a problem we just had with our tank. Will definitely stick to getting all our stuff from there from now on.

As ways the staff are friendly informative when being about what fish you can have in yr aqariums at home. this from my experiance has been done in such a way that i not condicending or leaves you feeling out of your depth. so a great too see what they have a get the right advice everytime

The young lad today was absolutely amazing today. The knowledge he gave us was next level. He explained everything in great detail to us what to do with our tank and provided us with the right treatment only. They never tried to sell us extra that we didn't need . Will definitely be going back in the future. Young lad is there most days and will recommend him to anyone.

A total newbie to aquatics and they were so helpful and informative in getting us set up with all the equipment we needed. Kieren was the main person we felt with and he was brilliant and was great at communicating everything I needed to know. Also as this was for my 7 year old son he was also great with him and whilst we chatted with another staff member also kept our crazy 2 year old daughter distracted whilst we learnt what we needed to know. So if you want great products, and great customer service then get your fish stuff from here. Thank you.
