The Groom Room Leeds Birstall

I can’t recommend Lexi at the Groom Room in Birstall Pets at Home highly enough! She used to groom our beloved dog Harry, who was elderly and very timid. Lexi always showed him such genuine care, love, and patience — we knew he was in the best hands every time. After we sadly lost Harry, we gave a new home to Reggie, our lively 7-month-old pup. Today was his very first cut and groom, and I was over the moon to see that Lexi was the one looking after him. She did an amazing job — he looks and smells absolutely fabulous! It’s such a comfort knowing that someone as kind and skilled as Lexi is there to look after our dogs. Thank you so much, Lexi — you’re a star! Highly recommend The Groom Room! x

Took our Paddy who is a six month old Cockapoo to the Groom Room today. The lady that checked us in and the groomer were both fantastic. Really friendly service, great with our pup and obviously most importantly they both have a love for dogs! Groom itself is great and Paddy was very calm which I’m sure is because he was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend!

I'm am so pleased with my dogs (goldendoodle)groom yesterday by a lady called Lexi. She showed a passion for her job which was lovely to see. Lexi has excellent customer service and dog grooming knowledge and she didn't rush and still had time to advise me on brushing although it was closing time. She spoke to my dog like she was her own and made her feel at easy and comfortable. She did a brilliant job on a dog with lots and lots of fur. Thank you

Lexi and the groomer were lovely, millie my chocolate labrador was deshedded and groomed. Nails and paw sorted! She came out looking and smelling lovely. Great job reasonable price and we will definitely be regulars. Thank you both she loved it.

Wouldn't take our German Shepherd (Evie) anywhere else now... even after moving further afield I still bring her here. Lexie is really good with Evie, even when she's full of energy and bouncing around!
