Been using three from couple of years staff was nice and friendly before. just met the Hammad guy he is totally not professional, really don’t know how to talk with customers very rude. Canceling my all contract from three because of him. I hope manager fire him if they don’t wanna loose all their loyal customers

Honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here by the customer service rep Wojtek. My partner came in as she was having issues upgrading her plan and right from the start he didn't even want to help, at one stage saying 'that sounds like your problem', literally made it seem like a straightforward change was impossible until eventually admitting he didn't know much about it and calling for his manager. Honestly never been so frustrated by the attitude of someone who I supposed to be there to support. Made my partner feel stupid when in reality it was him that didn't understand. Please have a word with him as you nearly lost 2 customers in the space of 5 minutes and I'd imagine there'll be many more. Assistant manager on the other hand (tall handsome bloke, nice smile) was an absolute legend and solved out problem in about 30 seconds. It shouldn't have to be so painful.

I came into your store specifically requesting a new phone contract without any add-ons”However, the staff presented me with documents to sign that, according to their explanation, matched my request. I have since discovered that what I signed was entirely different. This situation feels deceptive and unprofessional. I trusted your staff explanation and signed in good faith, only to realize later that I had been given something I did not ask for or agree to. This experience has left me feeling scammed and extremely disappointed in your company business practices.As a result had to cancel all my contracts through the costumer service because in the shop probably they couldn’t care less. Never again

I’ve never had a problem with them until because I had the misfortune of speaking to Hammad. Who was not only rude and pushy about switching to a monthly plan but also ended up being an absolutely horrible representative, even when you cannot help a customer there is a decent manner to put this across but this guy had none. Absolute worst!

Recently got a wifi box, went in to get help with the account cos im a little slow xoxo, got greeted by 4-5 staff members talking around the tables like a cult, a guy came and greeted me, in a condescending tone basically said he couldn’t help me get into my account, I said I was new to it all, he didn’t explain well, very dry, very quiet, told me to sit down and showed the exact same thing that was on my phone on his tablet. i think I would have better help from their stone wall, if I’d known I’d waste that much time NOT getting help I’d have asked Siri. Just because there’s nothing you can do, doesn’t mean you can be rude xoxo appreciate the help anyways divas, won’t be coming back. Sorry for interrupting your conversation when you should be doing your jobs. Xoxo
